One of of customers told us they had a problem.

“We need to produce 3 moulded parts in colourmatched PA66 GF, with threaded inserts………..and we need them in 12 days!”

Tooling was commissioned with our sister company Protool Manufacturing while our project team had polymer colourmatched on an express service.

The T1 trial was completed in 8 days with tuning and blast texturing following over a weekend.

Dimensionally correct parts were then shipped to the customer on the 12th day.
