INSAVER II LED DOWNLIGHT

The Protool Plastics Group produce a full set of injection moulded parts for the Insaver II Downlight and is delighted that it has been nominated for the prestigious Lux Awards 2016, Interior Luminaire of the Year 2016.

The Insaver II design includes cutting edge thermally conductive polymer technology with our specially blended Advanced Graphite Composite materials.

Included in the Insaver II design stage was full thermal simulation to prove heatsink design before tool steel was cut.

The Reflector is ultra high gloss (specular) using 99.98% pure vacuum metalised aluminium and flow coating laquer.

The product also features the customers patented nylon (PA66) clipping and cable gripping system.

All injection moulded parts are manufactured at our Fareham site and assembled in Newhaven by our customer making this a true British Manufacturing success story.

In the market since late 2015 the product has been nominated for the prestigious Lux Awards 2016, Interior Luminaire of the Year 2016.
