At The Protool Plastics Group we use Diamond turned and Nickel plated cavity inserts to produce optically clear mouldings in PMMA and PC.
Diamond inserts ensure dimensional accuracy and also maximum clarity of mouldings.
The insert is shown post turning but before the application of the bright Nickel finish.
