• Production includes SPI-A1 quality Automotive Headlight Lens mouldings from aluminium tooling, supplied 10 working days from receipt of CAD models.
• Two shot overmould sealant trim, delivering 3,000 car sets per month. 60 shore TPE onto ABS substrate.
• Low volume production via hand loaded insert aluminium tooling. Aimed at the low volume car market with solutions that can save in excess of 50% on traditional tooling methods.
• In conjunction with our group company Protool Manufacturing we can produce injection moulded parts in as little as 5 working days.
